These terms apply to the Swift My Work booking-request service operated by Bayit Tech LLC ("we", "us"). By using the booking form on a business's website, or by using Swift My Work as a business, you agree to these terms.

What the service does

Swift My Work lets customers send appointment requests to a business. A request is not a confirmed appointment. The business decides whether to approve or reject it, and the customer is informed by email.

Customers

Please provide accurate contact details and only request appointments you intend to keep. The service itself — its price, timing, quality and any cancellation terms — is agreed between you and the business. Questions about an appointment should be directed to the business.

Businesses

Businesses are responsible for their availability settings, for responding to requests, for the services they provide and for handling customer information in line with applicable law. Private review links sent to a business must not be shared with others.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to send spam, submit false or automated requests, interfere with its operation or attempt to access information that is not yours.

Emails

We send only transactional emails related to booking requests (request notifications, confirmations, rejections and reminders).

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the service available and accurate but provide it "as is", without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Bayit Tech LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the services provided by businesses.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
