Swift My Work is a booking-request service operated by Bayit Tech LLC ("we", "us"). Businesses that use Swift My Work ("businesses") add our booking form to their website. This policy explains what information we handle when someone requests an appointment ("customers") and when a business uses the service.

Information we collect

When a customer requests an appointment, we collect the details entered in the booking form: name, email address, phone number, service address, notes about the job, the chosen service and the requested time. For businesses, we keep the business name, contact email, phone number, time zone and booking settings.

How we use it

We use this information only to operate the booking process: to pass the request to the business, to reserve the requested time in the business's calendar, and to send transactional emails — the request notification to the business, and the confirmation, rejection or reminder to the customer. We do not send marketing emails to customers and we do not sell or rent personal information.

Who we share it with

A customer's request is shared with the business they asked to book. We also rely on service providers that process data on our behalf to run the service: hosting and web infrastructure, workflow automation, spreadsheet storage, calendar scheduling and email delivery. They may only use the data to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept while the business uses Swift My Work so the business can see its booking history, and are deleted on request.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing privacy@swiftmywork.com. If your request concerns a specific appointment, please also contact the business directly.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), unguessable private links for business owners and access-restricted storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information we handle.

Children

Swift My Work is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
